Worthy Boutique works hard to ensure your satisfaction, however, we are in the business of selling second-hand, and often one-of-a-kind merchandise in that there isn't always a replacement in the event your item doesn't fit.  Our return policy is unique because the way we acquire our merchandise is unique.  This means that more often than not, there is no way to replace your purchase with another of the same item.  We will always do our best to disclose any irregularities.


Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of much of our merchandise, Worthy Boutique has a no-refund policy.  That being said, your satisfaction is very important to us.  If you have any issues with the merchandise you receive, please feel free to contact us so we can do our best to work out a positive solution.  In the unlikely case of a return, refund, or credit, the customer will be responsible to pay any costs of shipping and handling.  All returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized and must include a return number or code provided by Worthy Boutique. Please email us at tracymihajic@worthyboutique.com to confirm the return or exchange in advance.  All returns and exchanges will also be subject to a re-stocking fee of 10% of the selling price and return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.  These additional fees will be confirmed upon notification of the return or exchange.  The merchandise can be dropped off at our store location for free. Always contact us before shipping any return or exchange for proper notification.

Because all items are sold in-store as well as online there is a chance an item may be purchased in our store and at the same time is being purchased online. On the off chance this occurs, we will happily refund your money.
